  1. I think explain ChiropracTic, Explain the long term of the development of the SubLux-ation.
Suggest a 3-6 month program of care, to rebuild a renew the proper habit of the body function.
Have and present to them the option of shorter and longer periods of care.
    And let them choose.
Anyway the care is there choice, if they get and except responsibility.

It is not out job to fight there old thinking.
We need to present to them a new and better way (ChiropracTic).
And it is there responsibility to choose.

We are talking and dealing with there life.

Since I begun presenting it like this, more people choose longer periods of ChiropracTic care.

    • The therapeutic model always is temporary, until the symptoms are alleviated. That is why chiropractic is unique. It(vs) has no symptom but is established deductively and occurs when other influencing factors combine with the only absolute factor, the vertebral subluxation. Therapeutic measures address only influencing factors.

  2. Much agreed! The MV is fed to people daily in conversations, social media, ads, TV, etc. As chiropractors, we should never try to fuel this MV, but instead speak the difference (conversation), post the difference (social media), and practice TIC in the NTSC model.

With speaking, instead of asking “how are you today?”, we can say things like “it’s great to see you, let’s check to see how your spine is doing today.”

With posting, instead of putting up testimonials of pain relief, post pictures of children getting checked, or perhaps a short clip of your orientation.

In practice, take the extra 20-30 seconds once in awhile with those specific members that don’t seem to grasp the mindset. Pick up the spine, ask good questions and lead them to an understanding… Yes, many times were just too busy to do this, but like I said, once in awhile it’s worth it! This person may end up having a mindset shift and become a lifer!
