Q&A, CCE regulations and standards

Why has no professional organization, group, agency, ever challenged the constitutionality of the legislatures’ in supporting the CCE. In the 80’s it was because the colleges and organizations felt that it (the CCE) was compatible with their traditional chiropractic approach. Is that now the case and why or why not?

  1. I’ve wondered the exact same thing myself and don’t know why our colleges don’t challenge the BS forced upon them by the CCE (Council on Chiropractic Eradication). Maybe they’re afraid that they will be put in a bad spot similar to what happened to Life in 2002.

    • Or worse ADIO/ Penn Straight in the 90’s. Perhaps only the straight organization is in a position to do it. The question is do they still have the guts that they had in 1976 to do it or are the TSCors today dominating the straight organization like the so-called “straight schools” were a generation ago.
