Q&A #68 Philosophy and Objective

  1. I just looked up the definition of “objective – an aim or end of action – goal.” You cannot even have a goal in chiropractic unless you know what chiropractic is all about and that is found in the philosophy. So in my thinking the philosophy comes first.
You can have a non-chiropractic goal being a chiropractor such as making enough money to retire early; working with people instead of things: helping people without using drugs etc. But in order to practice chiropractic it is important to know exactly what chiropractic is and is not and what makes it totally unique and different from everything else. That is found in it’s philosophy.
