If the environment was perfect there would still be Sux. Because we use our Educated Intelligence to interact with the environment and our EI is a product of Mater which is always subject to the Limits Of Matter, our responses and efforts would therefore be less than perfect. So to answer your question, Sux would, as they do in an imperfect environment, cause the loss of Mental Impulses by reducing LOM in the transmitting tissue.

Yes adding to a negative is sometimes confusing. When it is hot in your house do you not turn up the air conditioner to lower the temp.? Had I said, by lowering the potential of matter, would that have sufficed?

Before moving on to the next topic. Following the logic of your question and since people are part of the environment, people would also be perfect. Conclusion, since perfection does not include principle 24, there would be no limits of adaptation and people could NOT subluxate.

Can you separate yourself from the environment when you are the environment? In other word, you posit an impossibility when you asked: “If the environment was perfect would people still subluxate?” People, are part of the environment, therefore, people would also be perfect and that includes you, me and everybody else. You cannot separate yourself from the environment… the whole planet is the environment and we are part of the planet too. If perfection would reign in the environment, principle 24 would NOT exist and there would be LIMITLESS adaptation.
WHAT is the difference between environment, other people and you when you asked that question?

Either ALL matter is perfect without limits of adaptation (impossible for invasive forces to overcome internal resistance of the body with unlimited adaptation of matter) or ALL matter is imperfect with limits of adaptation (possible for invasive forces to overcome internal resistance of the body due principle 24). –
