A Thought on WALVs

You can never come to understand a WALV by dissecting it, reducing it to its component parts. It can only be understood by assembling it into an overall concept, an overarching plan. You do not understand a painting by getting up close and looking at the parts, you understand it by standing back and taking it all in. Medicine tries to understand the human body, function, and life by reducing it to its components and looking at them closely. Chiropractic attempts to understand it by looking at the big picture (Big idea).    April 26,2010
