A Survey

The fact that 42% of people going to “a chiropractor note their care as ‘excellent’ while only 27% gave high marks to their medical provider” (New England Journal of Medicine) is not that great a statistic.  Most people go to a medical provider out of necessity.  Going to a chiropractor is a choice.  I would expect that the satisfaction would be much higher than 42%.  What would the reason for that relatively low percentage be?
