A "successful" adjustment

It is not merely the amount or quality of the effort by the chiropractor, in giving the adjustic thrust that causes it to be a successful event. It is also the amount of the effort of the practice member’s innate intelligence. The only thing that determines that success is the quantity and quality of the matter with which the innate intelligence has to work or “innate intelligence is limited by limitations of matter” (prin. #24). Which has greater responsibility for the “success” of the adjustment?
