Let’s get this straight. We elect representatives by the popular vote (of the mostly uninformed). They appoint bureaucrats who create agencies like the USOE who then appoint other unelected bureaucracies like the CCE who make the decisions for our profession and coerce us into following them. Do you think that’s what the Founders of the U.S. had in mind in 1789?
Doesn’t sound like a democratic republic: a government of the people. by the people, and for the people…..
