Universal v. Innate Matter

Matter that acts in a manner inconsistent  with the matter around it necessitates  acknowledging another law acting upon it rather than just the universal law (of existence). That law we call the Law of Life. Matter existeng in the universe should be naturally broken down into its simplest components because universal forces tend to be destructive toward structural matter. Innate matter does not.  It, in fact, goes in the opposite direction, becoming more complex. So we say there is another principle at work, brought into action-innate intelligence.
