Isn’t the mere concept of god outside in. After all every religion places god outside the human experience. Just as god is outside of the chiropractic philosophy.
Steve, Is the law of gravity outside-in?
Are universal forces outside-in, including the adjustic thrust?
On the other hand are by-products of metabolism that can act as poisons, like lactic acid, inside out?
When we talk about ADIO vs. OIBU, we are talking about a world and life viewpoint rather than a mechanism. The adjustment mechanically (as a mechanism) comes from the outside, in the form of an external invasive force (whether accidental or educated) but it is based on an ADIO principle, that the innate intelligence of the body can adapt that force and correct a vertebral subluxation. God is outside AND above man as theology teaches or is synonymous with universal intelligence as TSC teaches but either way it still represents an ADIO world and life viewpoint. Faith and or deduction (empiricism as well) are all part of the human experience. How you view/apply those methods of perception represents your W&L viewpoint. Seeing the effects of an adjustment and a drug are both empirical. How you view/apply those effects is determined by your W&L viewpoint. If you view/apply them both the same you are mixing your W&L viewpoints.

– Based on the AUTHORITY of the 33 principles of chiropractic’s basic science, a universal intelligence is IN all matter (pri.1). Therefore, together without condemnation, we conclude that there is NOT one particle of e/matter in the universe that is not maintained in existence due to universal intelligence being IN all e/matter.
Furthermore, the major premise points to the faulty reasoning of TSC as it uses theomorphism to ascribe divinity to the universal law of organization. We must remember that the major premise is the start point of chiropractic. –
Someone new to the blog might interpret your post as an endorsement of TSC and that God is UI which is NOT true. Do you think that this particular teaching of TSC belongs in COTB (even when you address Steve)?
Claude, my posts are written “without condemnation” or endorsement.
If man did not exist, would god exist?

Steve,
The act of ‘placing something’ IS part of a human experience.
Such a challenging subject that there are only
many many many many philosophies and offshoot philosophies of philosophies that reference it with different ideas and approaches.
I think that the subject of god is a pandora’s black box, powder keg.
Best to keep the word g_d out of Chiropractic,
COMPLETELY.
As far as Outside In. It’s like Claude says,
It’s all about the WHO and that’s Our experience

Claude, Not clear where I am slipping in my comment to Steve. Please advise.
