If you practice objective straight chiropractic (non therapeutic) then you are never in a position to have to refer anyone to the medical doctor. If you practice any other type of chiropractic, then you will ultimately have to refer everyone out to the medical doctor because sooner or late barring sudden death, everyone needs medical care.
