    Very true.

    Give people what they expect and they will likely tell no one. Give them less than they expect and they will tell everyone. Give them more than they expect… and well, you may get some referrals!

  2. Referrals come from those natural leaders, naturally social, and natural busybodies in life. Not much that we do changes that, we give everyone the ammunition but they need to own a gun…..
