  2. Leaders must, FIRST, journey the road less traveled before pointing out the direction. That means leaders do plow uncharted territories before the harvest. That takes a vision and plenty of courage to carry on. As I mentioned in the past: WE CANNOT HARVEST WHAT WE DO NOT SOW, AND WE CANNOT SOW WHERE WE ARE AFRAID TO PLOW.
