Why are universal forces destructive toward structural matter? Does that mean they are always bad?

Universal Forces follow the laws of Entropy. Everything is progressing towards disorganization. Innate Forces, on the other hand, work to bring order. Without Innate Forces, break down and entropy would occur at a much accelerated rate.
Universal Forces can’t be bad because the follow the laws of entropy. It’s the natural process of LIFE.
That’s an interesting comment Rockwell TX chiropractor. Ui is the law of organization so how can the forces of ui create entropy. It seems to me to be a contradiction of terms. Do uf (which are created by ui ) tend to disorganize the matter which they are organizing?
I think a key word here is tendency. Universal forces are considered destructive to any one Innate Intelligence for the simple reason that the concerns of these intelligences are not the same. Innate Intelligence has the additional and different interests involving the characteristics of life. Universal has no additional concerns beyond creating a backdrop of physical laws for Innate to create familiar life.. Therefore the forces of Innate Intelligence and Universal Intelligence tend not to be the same at any one time or place. To tend means to procure, watch over. Even if they could be in the exact same direction, the Universal force would couple the intentions of the vector magnitude of the intentions of Innate Innate Intelligence and the vector quality would now be different to that extent.
