Matter that acts in a manner that is inconsistent with the matter around it necessitates another law acting upon it rather than universal law. That law we call innate intelligence. All matter existing in the universe tend to be naturally broken down into its simplest atomic structure. Some does not. It, in fact, goes in the opposite direction, becoming more complex. So we say there is another principle brought into action-innate intelligence.
