The problem with Outside-In-Below-Up-is that it is not judged on/by absolute standards.

Whether other chiropractors know or have even heard the details of your philosophy or your chiropractic objective, if they see it in your life/practice, that has to impact them.

There is no such thing as a wrong/bad adjustment. Why or why not?

If the “chiropractic philosophy” does(is) not “work(ing)” for you…the fault is probably yours.
