The 33 Principles do not teach us what is assumed we already know. They just state the (hopefully) obvious. We may learn the effects of the 33 principles like we learn an effect of the law of gravity the first time we fall down and skin our knee. But we do not have to learn the law of gravity. We may learn that an object falls to earth at 32 feet/sec2 but no one has to teach us that objects have an attraction to one another. On the contrary we have to learn why objects do not crash into one another, why the moon does not hit the earth and Russian satellites do. Chiropractic philosophy teaches us the application of the 33 principle as they relate to practice of chiropractic.
Joseph,
When you post: — “…no one has to teach us that objects have an attraction to one another. On the contrary we have to learn why objects do not crash into one another, why the moon does not hit the earth and Russian satellites do”, — you are addressing universal cycles where interactions occur between empty space, e/matter and empty space and e/matter. Notice the empty space is NOT empty at all, it is a fullness of nothing (no-thing). A “no-thing” is purely immaterial as it is NOT a thing, it is NOT an object, it is NOT energy/matter. So, a universal intelligence IS in ALL (pri1), creating universal forces (pri.8) which comprise the universal cycle of life (pri26), whereas universal forces are deconstructive and innate forces are constructive toward structural e/matter. These forces are a manifested by MOTION in e/matter (pri14). Thus, your statement: “Chiropractic philosophy teaches us the application of the 33 principle as they relate to practice of chiropractic” is a rational and logical conclusion. The 33 principles of chiropractic’s basic science ARE the AUTHORITY of chiropractic and worthy to APPLY as we practice chiropractic.
