e published the first Pivot Review in October of 1984. I had no idea what I wanted to do with it, just that I wanted a vehicle to disseminate straight chiropractic information and to cause members of the profession to think about who we are as a profession. I did not know whether that would be the only issue or the first of many. I had no idea that it would last 25 years and I still have more that I would like to say! I guess there are still people out there who want to read the Pivot and there are even a few who seem to agree with most of what I write.
For those of you who read the Pivot and have told me either in person, by letter, email, or phone that you appreciate what I have written, I am grateful. I have no idea how long the Pivot Review will continue. If God stills my writing hand tomorrow, you have read my last words. If I still have things to say and there are people interested in reading them, then it will go on longer. Meanwhile, again, thank you for your support. v25n1
